Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Return Process

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
